本文介绍了一种车辆修理企业可普遍采用的轴承诊断装置,试验表明,该装置的正确率可达85~90%。采用本文推荐的诊断装置,可实现轴箱的计划修向状态修的过渡,从而提高轴箱的修理质量和减少车辆运用故障。
This paper introduces a bearing diagnostic device commonly used by vehicle repair companies. The test shows that the accuracy of the device can reach 85-90%. Using the diagnostic device recommended in this document, the planned transition to the axlebox can be accomplished, thereby improving the quality of the axlebox repair and reducing vehicle service failures.
