近年随着社会的需要和高职教育的发展,建筑类人才的培养规模和层次有了较快的发展。但近几年来,高校毕业生成倍增长,建筑类逐步放缓发展的脚步,建筑类高职毕业生就业压力增大。本文通过深入分析建筑类高职毕业生就业现状和存在的困难与问题的基础上,积极探索促进建筑类高职毕业生充分就业的对策,以更好地服务广西城镇化建设发展。
In recent years, with the needs of society and the development of higher vocational education, the scale and level of training of construction talents have been developing rapidly. However, in recent years, college graduates doubled, construction gradually slowed down the pace of development, construction employment pressure on employment of higher vocational graduates increased. Based on the in-depth analysis of employment status quo and existing difficulties and problems of high vocational graduates, this paper actively explore ways to promote full employment of construction graduates in order to better serve the development of urbanization in Guangxi.
