本文针对复色文身中相对较难祛除的棕色文身及治疗过程中伴随的增生性瘢痕问题,以新西兰白兔为研究对象,建立七层光学模型并进行数值模拟,利用1064nm和532nm波长激光照射文身组织进行治疗,采用扫描电镜关注色素状态,分析了电光调Q双波长输出的Nd:YAG激光器在三种不同工作模式下的激光能量密度对治疗效果的影响,并针对在文身治疗过程中如何进行增生性瘢痕的有效抑制进行了探索分析。结果表明:同时含有1064nm和532nm两种波长的激光能更有效的祛除棕色文身,同时可抑制瘢痕增生,对黄色人种而言,5~7J/cm~2左右的能量密度值较为适合。
