在中国农村中学,学生的英语基础并不扎实,许多学生对英语没有太大兴趣,这就使得农村中学英语课堂教学效果并不十分不理想。新课标强调老师要关心学生的情感正向发展,并将这方面的教育整合到各个学科的教学活动中。所以农村英语教师要努力创造一个轻松而和谐的学习环境,并重视学生的情感发展,让情感教育同英语教学结合起来,帮助学生对学习产生兴趣,从而增加他们学习的主观能动性,并帮助他们建立优秀的学习习惯,让学生在获得知识的同时获得良好的情感教育。
