从1999年北京公交批量使用开始,天然气车节能减排的优势逐步为国内用户所了解。随着油价高起,天然气公交车,如今更是成为各地公交系统的宠儿。在市场一片红火的同时,我们也看到,天然气车可靠性较柴油车仍显不足。其独特的储存、减压、调压和安全防护系统,点火控制系统都对操作人员提出更高的要求。在成都公交重大伤亡事故之后,公交业主和乘客对车辆的安全更加关注;顶着气瓶的公交车也更容易受到大家的安全质疑。这些都要求从业人员加强对天然气车的了解、学习,规范地使用和维护。笔者在海外有两年多的天然气车服务经历,也先后多次参加了不同厂家的相关培训,积累了一些经验,在此抛砖引玉,期待与大家共同提高。
Starting from the mass production of Beijing buses in 1999, the advantages of energy-saving and emission reduction of natural gas vehicles gradually became known to domestic users. With the rise in oil prices, natural gas buses are now becoming the darlings of public transport systems all over the country. In the booming market at the same time, we also see that the reliability of natural gas vehicles diesel is still insufficient. Its unique storage, decompression, pressure and security systems, ignition control systems are put forward higher requirements for the operator. Public transport owners and passengers are more concerned about the safety of vehicles after the major public-transport accident in Chengdu. Busses carrying gas cylinders are also more susceptible to public safety concerns. These require practitioners to strengthen the understanding of natural gas vehicles, learning, standardized use and maintenance. I have had more than two years experience in natural gas vehicle service overseas. I also participated in the training of different manufacturers for many times and accumulated some experience. I would like to start a discussion here and look forward to working with you to improve it.
