在当今时代,经济全球化、科技信息化和文化多样化有着密不可分的关系,随着民族文化在社会发展进程中的作用日益突出,对非物质文化遗产的认识、传承和保护成为了一个经典话题。文化遗产特别是非物质文化遗产,不仅是各民族人们在劳动实践中创造出来的精神财富,更是国家和民族得以延续的根源,是一个国家文化独立的见证。因此,就有必要对非物质文化遗产的认识、传承和保护,要有一个旗帜鲜明的见解。
In today’s era, economic globalization, science and technology informationization and cultural diversification are inextricably linked. With the increasingly prominent role of national culture in the process of social development, the recognition, inheritance and protection of intangible cultural heritage have become a classic topic. The cultural heritage, especially the intangible cultural heritage, is not only the spiritual wealth created by people of all nationalities in the practice of labor, but also the source of the continuance of the country and the nation and the testimony of the independence of a country’s culture. Therefore, there is a clear need to have a clear understanding of the intangible cultural heritage, heritage and protection.
