实验结果表明，灵芪安神口服液能明显缩短戊巴比妥钠阈剂量小鼠的睡眠发生时间及提高小鼠对热致痛反应的痛阈值；能明显拮抗环磷酰胺对小鼠脾脏重量、脾脏指数及外周血白细胞数的抑制作用；能明显提高环磷酰胺抑制小鼠脾脏空斑形成细胞的数目及血清溶菌酶含量。最大耐受量实验表明，小鼠口服灵芪安神口服液的最大耐受量为临床用量的１２０倍，腹腔注射的ＬＤ＿（５０）为５７．５４±６．７６ｇ／ｋｇ（ｂ＝８．０６）。
