副耳廓为耳廓前部的赘生物,由第一腮沟或第一、二腮弓过度发育所致,一般位于耳屏至口角的连线上。国外有人报告副耳廓发生于鼻咽部,乃由迷走的耳廓原基发展而来,实属罕见。我科遇一例副耳廓发生于上唇系带处、鼻小柱右侧者,报告如下: 曾某某,男性,18岁,出生后上唇正中有一裂隙伴上唇系带处、鼻小柱右侧各有一赘生物,于1986年3月11日来我科就诊,要求手术治序。家族无先天性畸形者。口腔颌面部检查:上唇正中有一裂隙至鼻小柱底部下方约3mm处,裂隙顶端有一个约2×1.5×1.5cm带蒂卵圆形赘生物,蒂部位于上唇系带处;右鼻前庭有一个约1.5×1.2×1.2cm带蒂卵圆形赘生物,蒂部位于鼻小柱右侧(附图)。赘生物
