目的观察糖尿病患者下肢血管病变的彩色多普勒超声变化特点。方法选择诊断的糖尿病患者(疾病组)61例,同时选取59名体检者作为对照组。均给予彩色多普勒超声检查,观察2组下肢血管病变检查结果。结果疾病组下肢血管出现病变53例,检出率为86.89%。疾病组下肢血管血流量以及血管内径均小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声诊断应用于糖尿病下肢血管病变检查有助于提高检出率,可为早诊断、早干预提供依据。
Objective To observe the changes of lower extremity vascular lesions in diabetic patients by color Doppler echocardiography. Methods Sixty-one diabetics (disease group) were selected for diagnosis. At the same time, 59 subjects were selected as the control group. Color Doppler ultrasound were given to observe the results of lower extremity vascular lesions. Results Disease group lower extremity vascular lesions in 53 cases, the detection rate was 86.89%. Lower limb blood flow and vascular diameter were lower in the disease group than in the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Color Doppler ultrasound diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular lesion can help to improve the detection rate, which can provide the basis for early diagnosis and early intervention.
