随着青岛市经济的快速健康发展,自2005年起市政府逐步重视发展“楼宇经济”。然而,自上世纪九十年代开始出现在建筑上的弱电系统.由于功能落后、质量低劣、疏于维护,已远不能达到招商引资,发展“楼宇经济”的要求。为此.青岛市委、市政府专门开会进行研究,青岛市建委组织专人对几个典型的高层建筑进行调研摸底。自此,我们才真正开始对智能建筑行业有了逐步的了解。
With the rapid and healthy economic development in Qingdao, the municipal government has paid more attention to the development of “building economy” since 2005. However, the system of weak electricity, which has appeared on the building since the nineties of the last century, has far failed to meet the requirements of attracting investment and developing “building economy” because of its backward functions, poor quality and neglect of maintenance. To this end, Qingdao municipal Party committee and government held a special meeting to study, Qingdao City Construction Committee organized a few people on the typical high-rise building research thoroughly. Since then, we have really started to understand the smart building industry step by step.
