近日,在全国信息产业工作会议上．信产部部长王旭东的讲话再次提到了对3G的看法。王旭东称,一,经过多年的努力．我国发展3G的条件已基本成熟;二．要继续做好TD-SCDMA规模网络技术应用试验．充分考虑电信网规模经济特点,遵循市场竞争规则．推动自主知识产权技术发展;三,优化市场竞争结构,优化网络资源配置;四,制订和完善相关的准入、业务、资费、监管、频率、建设管理等政策,确保3G发展平稳起步。对此,知名电信专家、信产部通信科技委委员、北京邮电大学教授宋俊德提出了自己对中国3G的相关看法。
