随着社会主义市场经济的发展,我国的农业发展进入一个新的时期。市场行为这只“看不见的手”正在发挥越来越大的作用,原来一直对农业呵护的政府行为则相对弱化。但是,农业在国民经济各产业中处于基础地位,政府又不可能撒手不管。在这两难困境中,“信息引导”应当成为政府行为与市场行为的有机结合点。
With the development of the socialist market economy, China’s agricultural development has entered a new period. Market behavior This “invisible hand” is playing a more and more important role. The behavior of government, which had always been pampered with by agriculture, was relatively weakened.
