单核-巨噬细胞具有广泛的生物学功能,是参与固有免疫和适应性免疫的重要细胞。芳香烃受体(arylhydrocarbon receptor,Ah R)作为配体激活的转录因子在免疫应答的过程中有着重要的调节作用。Ah R可在单核-巨噬细胞中表达,并通过与不同配体结合来影响单核-巨噬细胞在机体免疫反应中的作用。通过深入研究Ah R和单核-巨噬细胞在免疫应答中的关系,可为今后纠正单核-巨噬细胞功能紊乱所导致的免疫功能异常提供新的研究方向。本文就Ah R在正常、病理状态下单核-巨噬细胞中的表达及其对功能紊乱单核-巨噬细胞的调节作用做一简要综述。
Monocytes - macrophages have a wide range of biological functions and are important cells involved in innate immunity and adaptive immunity. As a ligand-activated transcription factor, an aromatic hydrocarbon receptor (AhR) plays an important regulatory role in the immune response. Ah R is expressed in monocytes - macrophages and affects the role of monocytes - macrophages in immune responses by binding to different ligands. In-depth study of the relationship between Ah R and monocyte-macrophage in immune response may provide a new research direction for the future correction of abnormal immune function caused by monocyte-macrophage dysfunction. This review summarizes the expression of Ah R in normal and pathological mononuclear macrophages and its role in the regulation of disorganized monocytes and macrophages.
