党的十三届四中全会以来,我们认真地学习和反思,在总结了1989年政治风波的历史教训后,思想政治工作有了新的转机。全国电大同其他高等学校一样,进一步坚定了社会主义的办学方向,把德育放在首位。各级电大普遍重视马克思主义理论教育,把马克思主义理论课的建设摆到了学校和党委工作的重要议程上。电大的理论教师和班主任做了大量的工作,积累了许多宝贵的经验,取得了可喜的成果。但是应当看到,国际上的风云变幻,国内的繁重任务,使我们面临着严峻的考验。基于当今世界仍然存在着社会主义与资本主义斗争的长期性,尖锐性和复杂性的势态,西方敌对势力的“和平演变”是他们的长期战略,他们采取更加狡猾的手段,向我们渗透资产阶级的世界观、人生观、价值观和理论观念,特别是把希望寄托在我们的“第三代”和“,第四代”身上,我们永远也不能丧失这种警惕。在这种情况下,我们特别需要马克主义理论的指导。从1989年政治风波中表现出来的资产阶级自由化思潮泛滥,说明了我们的一些青年学
Since the Fourth Plenary Session of the 13th CPC Central Committee, we conscientiously study and reflect on it. After summing up the historical lessons of the political turmoil in 1989, there has been a new turning point in ideological and political work. Like other colleges and universities, China’s TVET has further strengthened the direction of socialism and put moral education first. TVUs at all levels generally attach importance to Marxist theoretical education and put the construction of Marxist theoretical lessons on the important agenda of schools and party committees. TVU theory teachers and teachers do a lot of work, has accumulated many valuable experience, and achieved gratifying results. However, it should be noted that the drastic changes in the international arena and the heavy domestic tasks have put us in a severe test. Because of the long-term, sharp and complex state of the struggle between socialism and capitalism in today’s world, the “peaceful evolution” of the western hostile forces is their long-term strategy.
