近年来大学生就业形式越来越严峻,就业问题一直是全社会关注的焦点。从整体上解决大学生就业问题,我们不仅要从宏观角度上把握好国家政策和就业环境,更应该考虑的是如何在学生本身的素养和能力方面下工夫,提高学生的自身修养和就业竞争力。本文就“校企合作”模式下社会实践对高职学生就业能力提高的问题进行探讨。为顺应时代的要求,很多高职院校进行大规模扩招,与此同时大学生很多就业问题浮现,人们开始聚焦于大学生的就业难题。
In recent years, the employment pattern of college students has become more and more serious. The employment problem has always been the focus of the whole society. In order to solve the employment problem of college students as a whole, we should not only grasp the national policy and employment environment from a macroscopic perspective, but also consider how to make efforts to improve students’ self-cultivation and employment competitiveness. This paper discusses the problem of higher vocational students’ employment ability through social practice in the mode of “school-enterprise cooperation”. In order to comply with the requirements of the times, many higher vocational colleges have carried out large-scale enrollment expansion. At the same time, many employment problems of college students emerge and people start to focus on the employment problems of college students.
