目的分析交通事故导致眼部损伤被鉴定人的相关情况以及伤残等级鉴定问题。方法对50例鉴定后的交通事故导致眼部损伤致残案例进行针对性的分析,探讨其中的致伤方式、损伤特征、伤残等级鉴定等相关问题。结果交通事故至眼创伤多发,多伴有颅脑损伤眶壁骨折视神经损伤泪器损伤眼睑外伤以及眼球缺失。大部分被鉴定人为单眼损伤,在伤残鉴定等级上主要是Ⅶ-Ⅹ级。结论视力障碍是交通事故导致眼部损伤致残最主要的原因,损伤特征上为单眼损伤,伤残鉴定等级主要是Ⅶ-Ⅹ级。同时在鉴定过程中使用视觉电生理技术以及测试方法可明显提升鉴定效果,有着较高应用价值。
Objective To analyze the related situation of the appraised person caused by traffic accident and the appraisal of disability grade. Methods Fifty cases of eye injury and disability caused by traffic accident were analyzed in detail, and the related problems such as injury methods, injury characteristics and disability identification were discussed. Results Traffic accident to the eye traumatic multiple, mostly accompanied by craniocerebral injury orbital fracture optic nerve injury, lacrimal tear eyelid injury and eyeballs missing. Most of the people who were identified as monocular damage, in the disability identification level is mainly Ⅶ-Ⅹ level. Conclusion Visual impairment is the most important cause of eye injury and disability caused by traffic accident. The damage characteristics are monocular injuries. The disability identification level is mainly Ⅶ-Ⅹ. At the same time in the identification process using visual electrophysiological techniques and test methods can significantly improve the identification effect, has a high value.
