化学农药的大量生产与长期使用,造成环境污染,生态平衡等一系列严重公害,故高效低毒生物农药的研究已被各国所重视。 从微生物资源中寻找抗虫活性物质的研究,国外在近十年中已有很大的进展,取得了一些杀虫作用很强的天然产物,尤以多醚类抗生素、大环内酯类的泰乐菌素、阿弗麦菌素(Avermectin)等最为突出。国内在这方面的工作也已开始,并取得一些成果,在这方面已有综述。本文主要叙述多醚类抗生素化学的进展。
