蛔虫是人体内最常见的寄生虫,临床上小儿因蛔虫病而导致出现抽搐,意识障碍等时有发生,近年来遇到三例,现报告如下。临床资料:二男一女,年龄分别为2岁,4岁,7岁,均来自农村。三例均消瘦,1例有腹泻、呕吐,1例有腹痛,3例发病均突然,痫样发作频繁,间隔1～1.5小时发作一次,每次持续3～5分钟,发作时意识丧失,口吐白沫,两眼上翻,肢体抽搐。1例腹部可扪及腊肠样肿物,2例有呕吐蛔虫史,大便均检出蛔虫卵。仅1例血嗜酸
