“十五”以来,省委、省政府高度重视结构调整和推进经济增长方式转变,采取了一系列重大举措,取得了明显成效。但是,我省经济结构不合理的矛盾仍比较突出,粗放型的增长方式还没有根本转变。为进一步提高我省经济增长的质量和效益,确保经济社会全面、和谐、可持续发展,现提出以下
Since the “10th Five-year Plan”, the provincial party committee and government have attached great importance to structural adjustment and the transformation of the mode of economic growth. They have taken a series of major measures and achieved remarkable results. However, the irrational contradictions in our province’s economic structure are still outstanding. The extensive growth pattern has not yet been fundamentally changed. In order to further improve the quality and efficiency of economic growth in our province and ensure a comprehensive, harmonious and sustainable economic and social development, we hereby propose the following
