随着经济全球化速度的日趋加快,企业需要去应对日渐复杂的市场环境,建立创新型企业已成为现代企业发展的必然。在日益强调文化的现代社会,文化既是企业发展的灵魂,更是一个企业核心竞争力的具体体现。企业文化对其战略发展具有越来越重要的意义。本文结合笔者多年工作经验,分析了当前形势下企业文化发展的现状,并重点探讨了我公司通过文化创新对企业战略发展的重要推动作用,希望能为相关工程建设企业提供借鉴。
With the speeding up of economic globalization, enterprises need to deal with the increasingly complex market environment. Establishing an innovative enterprise has become an inevitable result of the development of modern enterprises. In the modern society, which emphasizes culture day by day, culture is not only the soul of enterprise development, but also a manifestation of an enterprise’s core competitiveness. Corporate culture is more and more important to its strategic development. Based on the author’s years of work experience, this article analyzes the current situation of corporate culture development in the current situation and focuses on the important role of our company in promoting the strategic development of enterprises through cultural innovation, hoping to provide reference for relevant construction enterprises.
