焦炭反应性试验过程中二氧化碳与焦炭反应生成一氧化碳和残余的二氧化碳。因而反应过程中一氧化碳的含量与反应中消耗的焦炭(焦炭反应性)有必然的联系。通过对反应性试验过程中一氧化碳气体含量的测定,结果表明:反应中一氧化碳气体含量(y)与焦炭反应性结果(x)的曲线几乎平行,两者之间存在较强的相关性,并判定出y=kx+b(k、b为常数)。以此来提前预知焦炭反应性,结果较为满意。
During the coke reactivity test, carbon dioxide reacts with coke to form carbon monoxide and residual carbon dioxide. Therefore, the content of carbon monoxide in the reaction process and the reaction consumed in the coke (coke reactivity) have a certain relationship. Through the determination of the content of carbon monoxide gas during the reactivity test, the results show that the curve of the carbon monoxide gas content (y) and the coke reactivity (x) curve are almost parallel, and there is a strong correlation between the two. Out y = kx + b (k, b is a constant). In order to predict coke reactivity in advance, the result is more satisfactory.
