为明确山西省蔬菜灰霉病菌对嘧霉胺的抗药性,山西省农业科学院植物保护研究所研究人员2010~2011年用单孢分离法,从山西省数十个县、市蔬菜主产区,采集、分离到171株灰霉病病原菌,并采用最低浓度抑制法,测定了各菌株对嘧霉胺的敏感性。试验结果证明,山西省灰霉病菌对嘧霉胺的平均抗性频率为50.29%,其中低抗菌株占3.51%,中抗菌株占15.79%,高抗菌株占17.54%,特高抗菌株占13.45%,平均抗性倍数
In order to clarify the resistance of Botrytis cinerea to pyrimethanil in Shanxi Province, the researchers from Institute of Plant Protection, Shanxi Academy of Agricultural Sciences from 2010 to 2011 using single-spore separation method, from the main producing areas of dozens of counties and cities in Shanxi Province, A total of 171 gray mold pathogens were collected and tested for their sensitivity to pyrimethanil at the lowest concentration. The results showed that the average resistance frequency of Botrytis cinerea to pyrimethanil in Shanxi Province was 50.29%, of which the low resistant strains accounted for 3.51%, the middle resistant strains accounted for 15.79%, the high resistant strains accounted for 17.54% and the super high resistant strains accounted for 13.45 %, The average resistance multiple
