结合援外工程———苏里南共和国波洛科庞多地区输配电工程的测量实践,阐述在热带雨林地区极其复杂地形条件下实施线路测量的特点、过程及其技术方法.针对复杂地形条件,发展了定线测量及改线测量技术,该技术具有作业灵活、工作量小、实施速度快、成果可靠性高的优点.针对多重线路同时施工条件,提出方便实用的分坑测量的测设元素计算方法.文章还重点介绍了极困难施测条件下采用的线路定向清障、线路同步选测及外业观测数据的处理、保护等方法.
Combined with the foreign aid project --- Polo Pondo Surinamese Republic, the measurement and practice of transmission and distribution engineering, elaborated on the characteristics of tropical rainforest areas under extremely complex topography line measurement, process and technical methods. For complex terrain conditions, the development of alignment measurement and rewiring measurement technology, the technology has the advantages of flexible operation, small workload, fast implementation, high reliability results. According to the simultaneous construction conditions of multiple lines, a convenient and practical calculation method of measuring and measuring element for pit measurement is proposed. The article also focuses on methods such as line directional obstacle clearance, line synchronization selection and field observation data processing and protection under extremely difficult test conditions.
