高炉石墨产自高炉铁水中,它是石墨重要的待开发资源。本文全面地介绍了高炉石墨的性质、用途、来源、生成机理以及回收工艺。在生成机理中提出了铁水中碳过饱和是生成高炉石墨的必要条件;氧和铁元素的催化作用是产生高炉石墨的充分条件。在回收工艺中介绍了国内外的若干实例。供读者参考。
Blast furnace graphite produced from blast furnace hot metal, it is important graphite resources to be developed. This article provides a comprehensive introduction to the nature, purpose, source, formation mechanism and recovery process of blast furnace graphite. In the formation mechanism, it is proposed that the supersaturation of carbon in molten iron is a necessary condition for the production of blast furnace graphite.
