Male infertility is a well-accepted complication after spinal cord injury (SCI), mainly due to inefficiency of ejaculation and poor quality of sperm. This study was a retrospective review of the results of a comprehensive treatment of male infertility patients after SCI in a fertility clinic in Australia. The subjects were 112 SCI patients and 1 summer-horse syndrome. Mean age 29.8 (18 ~ 57)
