35岁女患,入院诊断病毒性心肌炎,心电图提示频发室性早博。因口服乙胺碘呋酮无效,在心电监护下改用25%葡萄糖40ml加利多卡因100mg,缓幔静注。
35-year-old woman admitted to hospital for diagnosis of viral myocarditis, ECG prompts frequent ventricular premature beats. Because of ineffective oral amiodarone, switch to 25% glucose 40ml plus lidocaine 100mg, slow intravenous infusion.
