目的研究中药复方对免疫性血小板减少的作用。方法采用注射兔抗大鼠血小板血清（ＡＰＳ）建立了大鼠免疫性血小板减少性紫癜（ＩＴＰ）模型。运用地黄止血冲剂，与西药强的松对大鼠实验性ＩＴＰ的防治效果进行了观察。结果地黄止血冲剂和强的松均可对抗免疫反应引起的血小板下降（Ｐ＜０．０１），并促进停止注ＡＰＳ后血小板的恢复（Ｐ＜０．０５）。且骨髓巨核细胞增生活跃，但对外周血红细胞和白细胞无破坏作用
Objective To study the effect of Chinese herbal compound on immune thrombocytopenia. Methods The rat model of immune thrombocytopenic purpura (ITP) was established by injection of rabbit anti-rat platelet serum (APS). The use of Dihuang Zhixue granules and Western medicine prednisone on the experimental effect of experimental ITP in rats were observed. Results Dihuangzhixue granules and prednisone could counteract the thrombocytopenia caused by immune reaction (P<0.01), and promote the recovery of platelets after stopping the injection of APS (P<0.05). And bone marrow megakaryocyte hyperplasia, but no damage to peripheral blood red blood cells and white blood cells
