搪瓷热管是在金属热管表面涂覆一层搪瓷,用来提高热管的抗腐蚀性能,延长余热回收装置在出现低温露点腐蚀区域的使用寿命。介绍了将搪瓷热管应用于焚硫制亚硫酸氨工艺中的余热回收装置中的案例。
Enamel heat pipe is coated with a layer of enamel on the metal heat pipe, used to improve the heat pipe corrosion resistance, prolong the life of the heat recovery unit in the presence of low temperature dew point corrosion zone. The case of using enamel heat pipe in the waste heat recovery device in sulfurous acid ammonium sulfite process was introduced.
