采用定向凝固方法研究了不同锑含量的亚共晶Fe-C-Si-Mn合金初生奥氏体二次枝晶臂间距。结果发现,当Sb≤0.036%时,随锑含量的增加,奥氏体二次枝晶臂间距减小;当Sb>0.036%后,随锑含量增加,奥氏体二次枝晶臂间距又逐渐变大。
Directional solidification method was used to study the secondary dendrite arm spacing of austenite in hypo-eutectic Fe-C-Si-Mn alloys with different antimony content. The results show that when Sb≤0.036%, the spacing of secondary dendritic arm of austenite decreases with the increase of antimony content. When Sb> 0.036%, with the increase of antimony content, the secondary austenite Crystal arm spacing and gradually become larger.
