习惯造就一个学生,也能毁掉一个学生。习惯具有巨大的惯性,教师要趁早培养学生养成各种良好的行为习惯,教导他们获得人生进步的宝筏。所以教师要多做、早做塑造工作,少做改造工作。一年级学生对一些事情的想法比较简单,因此,教师的要求一定要细、实、可行性高,切忌空洞。不仅要让学生一听就懂,一看就会,而且能做好。在教学中笔者有以下几点体会:
