目的:探讨前列腺特异性膜抗原(PSMA)对于前列腺良恶性疾病的诊断价值。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR方法检测前列腺癌患者(前列腺癌组,63例)、良性前列腺增生患者(良性前列腺增生组,99例)及健康者(正常对照组,33例)血液中PSMA的相对表达量,并分析3组之间的差异。结果:3组间PSMA相对表达量存在差异(P<0.05),良性前列腺增生组、前列腺癌组均低于正常组(P<0.05),前列腺癌组高于良性前列腺增生组(P<0.05),良性前列腺增生组、前列腺癌组PSMA相对表达量与血清总前列腺特异性抗原TPSA不具相关性(P>0.05)。结论:实时荧光定量PCR检测外周血PSMA可用于区分前列腺癌与良性前列腺增生,但单纯检测外周血PSMA尚无法准确区分出前列腺疾病与健康对照人群,仅可作为一种辅助和补充检测手段。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of prostate-specific membrane antigen (PSMA) for benign and malignant prostatic diseases. Methods: Real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction (real-time PCR) was used to detect the relative levels of PSMA in prostate cancer patients (63 cases of prostate cancer group), benign prostatic hyperplasia group (99 cases of benign prostatic hyperplasia group, 99 cases) and healthy volunteers The amount of expression was analyzed and the differences between the 3 groups were analyzed. Results: The relative expression levels of PSMA in the three groups were significantly different (P <0.05). The levels of PSMA in benign prostatic hyperplasia group and prostate cancer group were significantly lower than those in normal prostatic hyperplasia group (P <0.05) The relative expression level of PSMA in benign prostatic hyperplasia group and prostatic cancer group had no correlation with total prostatic specific antigen TPSA (P> 0.05). Conclusion: PSMA can be used to differentiate prostate cancer from benign prostatic hyperplasia by real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR. However, the detection of peripheral blood PSMA can not distinguish the prostate disease from the healthy control group accurately and can only be used as a supplementary and complementary detection means.
