香港特区政府工作人员在执行公务的过程中,需要参加必需的交际应酬活动(称为“酬酢”~①),发生的相关费用称为公务酬酢开支。香港公务酬酢开支管理的经验,对于我们规范和加强国内公务接待管理具有积极的借鉴意义。中央人民政府驻香港特别行政区联络办公室行政财务部路和平部长对香港公务员酬酢开支管理进行系统分析,撰写研究报告。现予刊载。
During the performance of official duties, staff of the HKSAR Government need to participate in the necessary socializing and entertainment activities (called “entertainment”), and the related expenses incurred are regarded as official entertainment expenses. The experience of government expenditure management in Hong Kong has positive reference for our standardization and strengthening of official reception in the Mainland. The Central People’s Government’s Liaison Office in Hong Kong Special Administrative Region administers the peace ministry of the Ministry of Finance to carry out a systematic analysis of the civil service remuneration administration in Hong Kong and write a research report.
