近几年来证券市场发展速度很快,创新不断,证券公司在追求业务高速发展的同时,却忽视了激励机制的更新,大多还保持着几年前的设计思路,已落后于行业创新发展形势。本文应用社会主义市场经济理论作为指导,对证券公司行业发展新形势下的激励机制改革进行分析,并提出了建设性的建议。
In recent years, with the rapid development of securities market and constant innovation, securities companies, while pursuing the rapid development of their business, have neglected the updating of incentive mechanisms. Most of them have maintained the design ideas of a few years ago and lagged behind the industry’s innovation and development. Based on the theory of socialist market economy, this paper analyzes the reform of incentive mechanism under the new situation of the development of securities companies in the industry and puts forward some constructive suggestions.
