我们应用重组干扰素α-2b治疗15例急性病毒性感染疾病,其中乙脑9例(重症4例),重型腮脑2例,水痘-带状疱疹4例(3例为高危儿)。经治疗后4例重症乙脑于病程5～7日出极期,仅1例留有癫痫后遗症,无1例死亡;2例腮脑病程缩短,随访6月无异常;4例水痘-带状疱疹患儿于1/2～3天未再见新皮疹,原疱疹迅速干瘪、固缩。本制剂剂量为5万IU(5×10~4)/kg/日,疗程3～5日,初步疗效令人鼓舞,未见副作用。
We used recombinant interferon alpha-2b in the treatment of 15 cases of acute viral infections, including 9 cases of JE (4 severe cases), 2 cases of severe cheek brain and 4 cases of chickenpox-shingles (3 cases of high-risk children). The preparation dosage is 50,000 IU (5 × 10 ~ 4) / kg / day, the course of treatment is 3-5 days, the initial curative effect is encouraging with no side effect.
