以运输系统专用机床为研究对象,为了提高运输系统的工作效率,减少设备维修和工人工作量,在对运输机床工作过程调研的基础上进行研究,分析机床运行环境和控制要求的前提下,采用三菱PLC技术进行控制。根据PLC控制系统的基本原理,分析运输专用机床单元与响应单元之间关系,设计选用型号为FX2N-16M PLC的三菱主控器,利用GX Developer软件,采用梯形图编程方式编写控制程序。并分析运行程序段,实现运输系统机床对控制系统的需求。
In order to improve the working efficiency of the transportation system, reduce the equipment maintenance and the workload of the workers, this paper takes the special transport system machine tool as the research object. On the basis of researching the working process of the transport machine tool and analyzing the operation environment and control requirements of the machine tool, Mitsubishi PLC technology to control. According to the basic principle of PLC control system, this paper analyzes the relationship between the special transport unit and the response unit. The design and selection of Mitsubishi main controller is FX2N-16M PLC. Using GX Developer software, the control program is programmed by ladder diagram. And analyze the running program segment, to achieve the transportation system machine tool control system needs.
