2004年5月26日至27日,以“案例学习”独树一帜的全球扶贫大会在上海隆重举行。来自世界银行、亚洲开发银行、联合国发展计划署等国际组织的负责人及120余个国家和地区的1200多名代表在会上交流了扶贫的经验教训及其原因,对近百个成功或不成功的减贫案例进行了分析并签署发表了《上海减贫议程》之后,带着各种各样的扶贫经验和对全球扶贫前景的乐观态度满意地离去,并将这些经验广泛传播给政策制定者、扶贫实践者和研究人
From May 26 to May 27, 2004, the global poverty alleviation conference unique to “case study” was held in Shanghai.
