河南省济源县轵城公社西轵城大队重视档案工作,在保管好本大队档案的同时,又发动村里的老干部、老社员献出个人珍藏的粮食产量表、整党材料、记录本等,共立了八十个卷,其中永久卷五十七个,定期卷二十三个。为了充分发挥档案、资料的作用,在县统计部门的帮助下,他们把本大队建国后三十年(1949—1978)农业生产资料汇编成册,发至大、小队干部人手一册。他们还将本大队历年粮、棉、油产量数据,用图表的形式在大队会议室展出,使大家对三十年来的农业生产变化情况一目了然。大家从图表中看到近几年来粮食生产逐年上升,棉花和油料生产却停滞不前。于是,大队就狠抓薄弱环节,在不放松粮
