第二节自主创新推进区域服务业优化升级的路径当今社会,服务业在一个区域经济结构中所占比重大小,已经成为衡量其经济发达程度的重要标准。与发达国家相比,目前我国各经济区域服务业发展普遍滞后,也正因为此,其发展存在巨大的成长空间。为此,要积极地运用自主创新,加快区域现代服务业的发展,构建差异化的区域服务业,以知识密集型的生产性服务业推进区域产业结构优化升级。
Section II Independent Innovation to Promote the Optimization and Upgrading of Regional Services In today’s society, the proportion of service industries in a regional economic structure has become an important criterion for measuring the degree of economic development. Compared with developed countries, at present, the development of service industries in various economic regions of our country lags behind generally. For precisely this reason, there is huge room for growth in its development. To this end, we must make active use of independent innovation to speed up the development of the modern service industry in the region, build a differentiated regional service industry and promote the optimization and upgrading of the regional industrial structure in a knowledge-intensive and producer service industry.
