在市场经济的发展过程中,民营企业在我国的经济结构中占据着重要的地位,其管理经营体制得到了不断地改革创新,民营企业的业绩评价是企业中非常重要的环节,做好企业的业绩评价可以提升企业的经营效果,促进民营企业的长远发展。本文通过深入分析业绩评价对民营企业的重要意义以及特点,剖析民营企业中进行业绩评价的方法,更好地实现我国民营企业的经营战略目标。
In the process of market economy, private enterprises occupy an important position in the economic structure of our country, and their management system has been constantly reform and innovation. The performance evaluation of private enterprises is a very important part of the enterprise. Performance evaluation can enhance the operating efficiency of enterprises and promote the long-term development of private enterprises. In this paper, by deeply analyzing the significance and characteristics of performance appraisal to private enterprises, this paper analyzes the methods of performance appraisal in private enterprises to better realize the business strategy goals of private enterprises in our country.
