目的 通过 bcl- 2检测寻找判断星形胶质细胞瘤预后的一个重要参考指标。方法 应用聚合酶链反应技术和免疫组化方法检测 bcl- 2 / JH融合基因及其蛋白产物在 34例星形胶质细胞瘤中的表达。结果 根据 Ker-nohan分级标准将 、 级星形胶质细胞瘤分为第一组 19例 , 、 级为第二组 15例。结果显示第一组 bcl- 2 / JH融合基因表达率 5 7.9% (11/ 19) ,第二组 6 .7% (1/ 15 ) ,经统计学分析 ,P<0 .0 0 5。免疫组化检测 bcl- 2蛋白 ,第一组12例 (6 3.2 % )表达 bcl- 2蛋白 ,第二组 9例 (6 0 .0 % ) ,经统计学分析 P<0 .0 1。结论 星形胶质细胞瘤的发生及其恶性程度与 bcl- 2 / JH融合基因及其蛋白的表达有关。
Objective To find an important reference for judging the prognosis of astrocytoma by bcl-2 detection. Methods Polymerase chain reaction and immunohistochemistry were used to detect the expression of bcl-2 / JH fusion gene and its protein product in 34 astrocytomas. Results According to the Ker-nohan grading standard, grade astrocytoma was divided into the first group of 19 cases, and the grade of the second group of 15 cases. The results showed that the first group of bcl-2/JH fusion gene expression rate was 5 7.9% (11/19), and the second group was 6.7% (1/15). After statistical analysis, P<0.05. Immunohistochemical detection of bcl-2 protein, the first group of 12 cases (6 3.2%) expressed bcl-2 protein, the second group of 9 cases (6.0%), by statistical analysis P <0.01. Conclusion The occurrence of astrocytoma and its malignancy are related to the expression of bcl-2 / JH fusion gene and its protein.
