对上海长海医院妇产科近９年住院分娩９３７４例，其中早产１７６例进行详细分析，阐述了早产的高危因素为：流产／早产史、胎膜早破、胎位异常、双胎妊娠、妊高征、前置胎盘。流产和早产史可并发胎膜早破，双胎妊娠、好高征间接地使早产危险性增加。指出加强产前监护，早期筛查出高危早产孕妇，采取相应预防措施是减少早产发生的关键。
Shanghai Changhai Hospital, obstetrics and gynecology in recent 9 years, 9374 cases of hospital delivery, of which 176 cases of preterm delivery for a detailed analysis of the risk factors for preterm delivery: miscarriage / premature birth, premature rupture of membranes, abnormal fetal position, twin pregnancy, pregnancy-induced hypertension Levy, placenta previa. Miscarriage and premature birth can be complicated by premature rupture of membranes, twin pregnancy, good signs of indirect hyperoxia of preterm birth. Pointed out that strengthening prenatal care, early screening out premature pregnant women at high risk, to take appropriate preventive measures is to reduce the key to the occurrence of preterm birth.
