本文介绍喂线法钢包处理技术的工业试验情况。研究结果表明,喂线工艺对钢水脱氧、脱硫、合金回收和改变夹杂物形态等都具有明显的功效;喂线速度直接影响喂线工艺的冶金效果。
This article describes the industrial test of wire-fed ladle processing technology. The results show that the feeding technology has significant effect on the deoxidation of molten steel, desulfurization, alloy recovery and the change of inclusion morphology. The feeding speed directly affects the metallurgical effect of the feeding line.
