对16个二级单位的发展党员工作进行了调查.从调查的情况看,这些单位的党组织较好地贯彻执行了发展党员工作的方针,使发展党员工作健康发展.结构更趋合理.从年龄结构上看,1974年发展35岁以下的青年入党,707名,占发展党员总数的72.59%;从学历结构上看,高中以上学历的697名,占发展党员总数的71.56%.年龄有所下降,文化程度有所上升,改善了党员队伍的结构.重点更加突出.在发展党员工作中,坚持向一线倾斜的原则.1994年在生产、工作一线发展党员619名,占当年发展党员总数的63.55%,解决空白班组147个.
