一、综述近日,DB11/184-2013《在用非道路柴油机械烟度排放限值及测量方法》和DB11/185-2013《非道路机械用柴油机排气污染物限值及测量方法》两项北京市强制性地方标准经北京市政府批准,由北京市质量技术监督局、北京市环境保护局共同发布。由于这两项标准显著严格了非道路机械及其柴油机的排放管理,在业内引起了较广泛的反响。
First, review Recently, DB11 / 184-2013 “non-road diesel mechanical smoke emission limits and measurement methods” and DB11 / 185-2013 “non-road machinery diesel exhaust pollutant limits and measurement methods” two Beijing mandatory local standards approved by the Beijing municipal government by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Quality and Technical Supervision, Beijing Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau jointly issued. Since these two criteria have significantly stricter emission management of non-road machinery and their diesel engines, they have caused a wider reverberation in the industry.
