传统的金属线滑动式理论,存在着不能确切反映前滑的意义、滑动量参数的含义、绝对滑动与相对滑动的相互关系,片面强调了计算相对滑动系数的重要性,致使滑动式拉线机普遍存在着滑动量过大的问题。据此而探索提出的局部滑动系数、局部滑动率、累积滑动系数和累积滑动率新概念及其计算公式,并按此设计的滑动式拉线机,可做到低滑动和微滑动。这种新的理论出现,要求提高配模和修模的精度,并在拉线生产中采取整批更换新模具的制度。

The emergence of this new theory requires that the precision of die-making and die-repairing should be improved and a batch system of changing new dies should be adopted in the production of wire.
