目的:测定百树真油中桉油精、薄荷脑、异龙脑、龙脑、桂皮醛、丁香酚的含量;方法:采用气相色谱法,色谱柱为PEG-20M毛细管柱30m×0.25mm×0.25μm,程序升温,起始温度80℃,每分钟升8℃,升到170℃后每分钟升35℃,终止温度210℃,保持4min,分流比50∶1,FID检测器;结果:桉油精的线性范围0.203~20.285mg·mL-1,薄荷脑的线性范围0.202~20.200mg·mL-1,异龙脑的线性范围0.102~10.215mg·mL-1,龙脑的线性范围0.102~10.210mg·mL-1,桂皮醛的线性范围0.132~13.190mg·mL-1,丁香酚的线性范围0.198~19.850mg·mL-1,RSD分别为1.81%,1.82%,1.23%,1.25%,1.71%,1.32%;结论:方法简便、快速、准确,可用于百树真油的质量控制。
OBJECTIVE: To determine the content of quercetin, menthol, isoborneol, borneol, cinnamaldehyde, and eugenol in Baishu oil; Method: Gas chromatography, column of PEG-20M capillary 30m×0.25mm × 0.25μm, temperature programmed, starting temperature 80°C, rising 8°C per minute, rising to 170°C, 35°C per minute, ending temperature 210°C, holding 4min, split ratio 50:1, FID detector; Results: The linear range of olein was 0.203 to 20.285 mg·mL-1, the linear range of menthol was 0.202 to 20.200 mg·mL-1, the linear range of allosaproterone was 0.102 to 10.215 mg·mL-1, and the linear range of borneol was 0.102~ The linear range of 10.210mg·mL-1, cinnamaldehyde was 0.132~13.190mg·mL-1, and the linear range of eugenol was 0.198~19.850mg·mL-1. The RSD were 1.81%, 1.82%, 1.23%, 1.25%, respectively. 1.71%, 1.32%; Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid, accurate and can be used for quality control of Hundred trees.
