通过对太原市在职生物教师进行调查,分析了目前生物教师对继续教育的看法和态度以及生物教师继续教育的现状。要提高生物教师继续教育的质量,课程内容要体现以人为本,满足生物教师的专业化发展;培训方式要体现民主合作,满足生物教师的个性化发展;评价功能要体现终身学习,满足生物教师的持续性发展。
Through the investigation of in-service biological teachers in Taiyuan City, this paper analyzes the current biological teachers’ views and attitudes towards continuing education and the current situation of continuing education of biological teachers. To improve the quality of continuing education of biology teachers, the content of the curriculum should embody people-oriented to meet the specialized development of biology teachers. The training methods should reflect the democratic cooperation and meet the individualized development of biology teachers. The evaluation function should embody lifelong learning and meet the requirements of biology teachers Sexual development.
