用敏感快速的Ames试验筛选环境致突变物及致癌物,被广泛应用。1982年我们用组氨酸营养缺陷型鼠沙门氏菌(Salmon ella Typhimurium)检测南海具沙溪大队铬渣污染水,得出阳性结果。为了解铬盐在水中的诱变性及其浓度,我们选用K_2Cr_2O_7设较宽剂量域,测其诱变性及摸索其剂量—反应关系。为制定地面水六价铬最高允许浓度提供毒理学依据。
Screening for environmental mutagens and carcinogens using the sensitive and rapid Ames test is widely used. In 1982, we detected the contaminated water of chromium residue from Shaxi Brigade of the South China Sea using histidine auxotrophic Salmon ella Typhimurium, and obtained positive results. In order to understand the mutagenicity and concentration of chromium salt in water, we chose K_2Cr_2O_7 to set a wider dose domain to test its mutagenicity and explore its dose-response relationship. To develop groundwater hexavalent chromium maximum allowable concentration to provide toxicological basis.
