刘老师:目前,我所经营的产品已逐步进入淡季,于是,就碰上了许多难缠的零售商。这些零售商总是抱怨我的种种不是,尽管我知道其中很多是零售商杜撰出来的,但为了维持友好的合作关系和淡季的零售主推,我不得不忍气吞声委屈自己了。可最令我烦恼的问题是,很多有宾力的零售商最近不愿意进货了,即使是新品也不大愿意进,只是在我的多次催促下才勉强进了一两台机器来应付。他们不愿惠进货的原因很简单,因为我的产品已进入淡季,零售商自然不愿意把资金积压在我的产品上,而是把所有的精力投放到其他旺季产品上去了。但是,我经营的产品本来步入淡季,假如零售商再不进货上柜的话,不仅新品无法向市场推广,要想在淡季有个保底的份额更是没有指望了。为此事,我烦恼不已。
