目的:研究叶酸受体在人鼻咽癌组织中的表达情况,了解其与肿瘤临床和病理特征间的关系,为进一步研发叶酸受体靶向头颈部肿瘤药物载体奠定基础。方法:分别通过免疫组织化学SP法和RT-PCR法检测鼻咽癌组织中的叶酸受体(FRα)和FRαm RNA的表达情况,结合临床参数进行分析。结果:鼻咽癌组织中FRα水平和FRαm RNA水平均高度表达。结论:叶酸受体表达与鼻咽癌的发生、发展有重要关系。叶酸受体可作为鼻咽癌靶向治疗的分子靶点,并为鼻咽癌的早期诊断及靶向治疗提供重要依据。
OBJECTIVE: To study the expression of folic acid receptor in human nasopharyngeal carcinoma (NPC) and to understand its relationship with the clinical and pathological features of tumor, so as to lay the foundation for the further development of folic acid receptor targeting head and neck cancer drug carrier. Methods: The expressions of FRα and FRαmRNA in nasopharyngeal carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemical SP method and RT-PCR respectively. The clinical data were analyzed. Results: The levels of FRα and FRαm RNA in NPC tissues were highly expressed. Conclusion: The expression of folate receptor is closely related to the occurrence and development of nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Folic acid receptor may serve as a molecular target for targeted therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma and provide an important basis for the early diagnosis and targeted therapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
